Thank you for another Great Video. You sure know how to bring back memories. The first time I used one was in eighties. By Olympus, I think. And it recorded to a DVD disk or Vcr tape. Your unit is small by comparison. This had a cart to get it to say a jet engine to check for damage. Again thank you
I have that same one. Use it for work and it's been reliable.
I am on my second Depstech. A couple tips for someone thinking about buying one. Don't buy the wifi model that uses your phone as a screen. It's much easier to use this type with a a screen. I bought the pistol grip model. I prefer that type over this. While the wifi works it would lock up my iphone. The program wouldn't close out so I had to reboot. I gave that one away to friend with an Android. The Android app works fine for him.
The cameras are amazing and you can find all kind of uses for them. I had to change out outlets in a recessed cabinet with extra long screws. Without the camera it might have taken hours unless lucky as I couldn't see where the tip of the screw was going. The camera saved the day.
I agree I had one with wifi and I hated it. I bought this model instead and it's much more reliable. My wifi one wasn't by this manufacturer but I hated the phone app, also hated changing thr wifi and it was hard to use properly. The all in one unit is a much better option.

I have the same unit and although I must say the clarity is really good the fact that the unit itself is so light weight combined with a stiff cable makes it somewhat awkward to use. I think I would prefer the pistol grip better.
It seems like the DS300 16' version doesn't come with a carry case, the DS350 does.

Micro USB is old tech these days but not a show-stopper for me, at least its not some proprietary connector. It could be useful for inspecting the inside of bike frames and suspension forks. Regards the magnet pick-up and visibility, I guess you have a look without the magnet first and then when you know where the [nut, washer, etc] is you add the magnet. Hopefully your [nut, washer etc] isn't aluminium or titanium!
Could this endoscope move through a P-trap, and then continue on down a pipe? How about a dryer exhaust vent that snakes and snaggles? How flexible and controllable is the wire when you're toward the end of its full length?
Hi doc, i wonder how this compares to the Teslong NTS500B? I bought one of those and had high hopes but found it to be useless due to very poor quality
Excellent video! Depstech would do themselves a favor by erasing their "MUSIC" video and hire you! Product = good, Depstech video = BAD
