  • Certainly! Here’s a delightful Besan Pakora recipe that will make your taste buds dance with joy. These crispy, golden fritters are made from gram flour (besan), onions, and spices. They’re perfect for rainy days, and iftaar time paired with a steaming cup of tea or coffee.
    Besan Pakora Recipe
    Ingredients:
    Besan (Gram Flour): 1 cup
    Finely chopped onion: 1 medium-sized onion
    Green chili 2 chopped
    Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
    Ajwain (Carom seeds): 2 pinch
    . whole cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
    Finely chopped coriander leaves on
    1/2 corinder powder
    Salt to taste
    Baking soda 2 pinch
    Oil for deep frying
    Instructions:
    Sift the gram flour: Start by sifting the gram flour into a mixing bowl.
    Add the flavor: To the gram flour, add the finely chopped onion, red chilli powder, ajwain, coriander leaves, corinder powder green chilie chopped and salt. Mix everything well.
    Create the batter: Slowly add water to the mixture and make a medium-thick batter. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter.
    Add a pinch of baking soda: Finally, add a pinch of baking soda to the batter and mix well.
    Heat the oil: Heat enough oil in a frying pan for deep frying. When the oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium.
    Fry the pakoras: Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Don’t overcrowd the pan; fry a few pakoras at a time. Fry them on medium flame until they turn golden brown on both sides.
    Drain excess oil: Remove the fried pakoras and place them on a kitchen towel to absorb any excess oil.
    Serve and enjoy: Serve these tasty and delicious Besan Pakoras with your favorite chutney or sauce.
    These pakoras are a delightful blend of flavors and textures-crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect for snacking or as an appetizer!
    Note: Instead of red chilli powder, you can use finely chopped green chillies for an extra kick of spiciness. Enjoying
