Thank you - I’m pleased you pointed out the chain tension adjustment screw. The cover should not be tightened properly until the chain tension is adjusted correctly. What most bothers me is the lack of branding on so many of these hand chainsaws - no company quite proud enough to want to raise their profile too high, suggesting there are a lot of low quality products out there.
I think the reason your saw kept getting hung up is that you had too much slack in the chain. You should tighten it enough so that the chain is not hanging when you hold it horizontal.
He doesn't buy product or use them. He's a company hired hand to put up a half ass 'how to' and he gets paid. Notice he never answered you. You or I could have done this.
I asked my brother in law who was the one who used this product and reviewed it if he remembers, as this video was done a year ago I don't know how often he used it.
@@stevehollywood1 Actually I spend $6,000+ per month buying products, the issue is I have a vast team of people who work for me, and some do for limited time like a year or two and drop off, so older vids where product isn't on-hand anymore is hard to go back and get tested. But I take these feedbacks on what was missed by the product tester so we can do better to not miss features people would want to know about going forward. In this case, my Brother in law did the Prodcyc Mini Chainsaw, so I was asking him if he remembered or still had it.
Sorry for the late reply. I actually used this chainsaw last weekend to take down a small tree my brother in law needed removed. (Small as in less than 4" diameter similar to the bundle in the video) You are correct, I did mention in the video I was going to check the recommended oil type. I forgot to come back and mention that. I did some research and any "Bar and Chain" oil will work. I have not found any meaningful advantage over one brand or another. As to the start up, as it is a battery operated device, the mentioned safety button must be pressed then you simply press the trigger as shown in the video.

Hello, thank you for the review. Do you recommend stihl-style models with the engine at the back, or models like this one with the engine on the side?

What kind of oil you recommend
Dewalt or STP chainsaw oil are the ones we most use and recommend, but any specific "chainsaw" oil will work.
Do u HAVE to put oil in it to see if it just works? Got mine yesterday and i charged it up just wanted to see if it worked but nothing happens
To reverse the chain - you just put it on the other direction?
