I've been doing bonsai since '89 but was always timid about trimming my trees and pretty half-assed with my bonsais. TH-cam changed all that and I am finally being bold and working my trees properly. I absolutely LOVE you guys! Young, yet very talented... with all the enthusiasm that comes with youth. I wish you the best of success and hope to one day visit you in Florida! Thanks for the videos. They are my favorite bonsai videos.

Hey, Jerome. I'm a new subscriber and I really enjoy your tips and tricks. I especially like the wooden frame idea in this video and will be using it. I pray that you, your wife, and your business have not been harmed in any way by this lousy hurricane that's coming through. Thanks again and have a Blessed Day.

I really want to get back into having bonsai trees. When I moved into my condo I found out I have electric baseboard heat which really dried everything out and needless to say killed the trees. But I also have a pet snake which as we all know snakes go through shedding and I'm always able to get the one piece shed so I was going to follow the same principle that I used to get the one-piece shut out of the snake and apply to my bonsai trees when I have them that is.

Please make a video on avocado bonsai. I'm new to the bonsai world and planning to start with something easy and cheap (I'm pretty sure I'll kill it so better practice with something that is free). I've successfully sprouted and grown several avocado pits but the part that confuses me most is when to cut off the branches and how much I can chop off. Can you make a tutorial for beginners about making bonsai from scratch. Please 🥺

I like the video and how you explain how to create a forest planting. I must want to say that odd or even in a forest does not really matter. in japan and china it is luck reasons why they prefer 3 or more never 4 because it is bad luck in their culture. Really it does not take away from the planting if there is an odd number or an even number, Well that's my opinion anyway. keep up the good content.

This is a good beginner tutorial. The frame was a great jdea. Planning a forest can be complicated when considering traditional bonsai design principals. You mentioned planting an odd number, which is one of these factors. Could also add that normally trees grow in an asymmetrical pattern in the forest, which makes it look more natural.
