These look really nice, and what a good idea to put the chocolate into the moulds then place the cakes on top. I would have tried to brush it directly onto the cakes and had chocolate all over the table and myself! And it is so smooth when it comes out of the mould - lovely.

I've actually tried a few of the recipes from this channel. The cookie recipes are really good! I like giving them as gifts because the way of packaging them (which is also shown in the videos) is so nice.
