Simón Le Bon es fantástico Duran Duran los mejores y formidable de todos los tiempos gracias por compartir con nosotros los fans de Duran Duran este video simón es lindo mi favorito
Duran Duran was a Band from my childhood, and because of that, they were the "Gateway" to my interest in music in the first place (along with Tears for Fears in the 80's as well). Also, thank you for uploading this very cool video!!!
Must have been somehow frustraiting for them to be such a tight band, and then playing for mostly a bunch of screaming teenage girls. Thanks for the upload: great gig.
I don’t think so. We made them millionaires and we loved them AND the music!! Still do!! Their music has stood the test of time and I think it’s pretty amazing 40 years later they’re still rocking and their fans (Duranies) are still with them. As Jim Morrison said, “the men don’t know, but the little girls understand.”

At 03:58 one can easily spot John clapping his hands while the bassline keeps on going: could someone please explain the reason for this strange behaviour? I mean, has the audio been rerecorded for commercial purpose, or rather they used to use backing tracks even then?
No, that's because the film editor works with the raw footage (audio on one side and selecting the shootings of the different cameras recording at the concert on the other). So, when the film is edited (audio and the different camera shots) sometimes they wrongly use some shots that belong to several seconds further on the sequence of events, as in this case or they are not completely in-sync with the music. Taking into account that at that time no computers were involved on film editing, this kind of errors were quite common back in the day.
Simon le bon looks so handsome, and really energenic. Excellent stage presence
This is fire. The 3 Taylors are equally brilliant here.
The bass is the best part.
The bass in the live version is always so stand out. It drives the song from start to finish imo.
0:02 this was probably the coolest moment of this girl’s life
One of their best live performances
Best version of the song with the keyboard parts.

The beatles were the same, they're in good company
@@rosleyanthony5837 I agree. However, I might be wrong, but I am not aware the Beatles were not considered a proper band, back then.
@@JC-yz1sf Sorry, I am 49, and not aware most of their female fans back then, would follow them BECAUSE of their music...

Is this from a DVD ?
Talented guys, they were also very skilled just in 1982 (have you seen their baby faces?)! I am a fortunate guy 'cause I am 58 nowadays...
