Well we'll see what is going on tommorow. It will be our first visit. We were sad when our dentist retired about 15yrs. He was very good. We would watch together his CNC machine make the cap I needed.

I thought Aspen was known for doing good work? I had one experience in Minnesota. I wanted a tooth pulled. They told me they could pull all the bad one's. Then tried to sell me on dentures. I was working on a cruise boat. Had to get back before boat left dock After 45 minute's finally got the tooth pulled that was bothering me. I spent 200 buck's which the company did cover. Yet they wanted me to spend 1200 buck's when all I wanted was a tooth pulled. After hearing these stories think I will stick to Kenner dental. I may pay a little more. They do good work.

Aspen dental are scammers. They told my son he had 3 cavities. My son went and got a second opinion. No cavities. They are know to be scam artists.
Im in the middle of a dental implant situation w aspen dental. Some good parts/some bad. Hope to post a full reciew on my google when complete. As a company there is a lot of room for improvement. But it hasnt exactly been all bad.

First appointments was excelent service but in my last supposed last appointment they toldme the quote they give me it's not for IMPLANTS! Well I said I wan to know where my &14,000 dollars are going no answer they keep me in the room for one hour with out answer until I get out and I told her I need to know what is going on she told me the manager it's not there to give me an answer so she ask me to give her few days I gree big mistake I'm calling to all.tje numbers I can find no body it's giving me an answer I need my dentures NOW my last resource I think it's call my insurance Tell them it's Aspen scam or find a lawyer because all I ask it's to have what I paid for and it's a lot this happen at Snellville Georgia.

you must have paid cash as soon as they got my money they forgot about me like I was nobody they actually sent me a letter because I asked for my teeth that they owed me the letter stated we no longer are going to see you anymore because I got upset with them for taking my money and not giving me my permanence I was stuck wearing Temps
@@aspen_dental please help me if you hear my story you will understand I keep getting a run around I'm a victim of covid I stayed home like everybody else was supposed to I had covid three times so I never went back to get my permits this is in Defiance Ohio area code 43512 when I went back to get my permanence because my temps broke they said they threw them out because they said they would warp sitting there then told me I had to repay for them I spent five grand for the premium package they were just uppers overall they did a good job my doctor left that office in that time but the doctor that owns the place was mad because I did not want to pay for an appointment when I had already paid for the procedures I can't help that I had covered and I thought I was doing the right thing by staying home please put me through the right person all I get is a run around I know this is a franchise and I have good things to say about it other than they took my money and didn't give me what I was supposed to get I don't want to do something I'll regret I'm not threatening you but I work very hard for my money I do a lot of graphic designs I am also a business owner myself but my business has been hurting and I really need the money so I can't afford to pay for my dentures twice I would rather resolve this in a good manner and be able to say positive things other than everything was good with Aspen until they told me I wasn't getting my premium brand new teeth I paid for if something doesn't happen really soon I run websites and do graphic designing and I also Market I'm asking the franchise to help me and make these people from my office here in Defiance Ohio give me what I paid for First Step will be ad campaigns against Aspen Second Step will be a lawsuit I don't want to be that way but I don't know what else to do I'm on wits and with this this is my last attempt I'm reaching out to you

I am in a wheelchair and have severe health issues. Every other medical site I visit will expedite me for fast care. Except Aspen Dental.
Cardiologist expedites me
Radiation Oncologist expedites me
Retinal Specialist expedites me
Pulmonologist expedites me
The office manager at the AD near me refuses. She says that even if I try to be the first person of the day, the office books five people for the 8 AM spot.
I am not physically able to wait 45 minutes to be taken into the room, then made to wait more time for the dentist to look at me.
They removed old caps and the temporary caps they put on came off in one day. When I called to report this, I was told, "You have an appointment next week." I told her, "My teeth are chipping away and I won't have anything for the new caps to hold on to." She said, "I'll check your chart." She then hung up on me and never returned my call.

RUN!!! Digital company should be considered a crime against humanity! This company is a joke.... Company won't pay enough to hire a real dental technicians to make a good dentures...They hire a dental assistants to do a tech job lol...

Aspen Dental advertises implant arches at $6-8,000 online. I called the Hendersonville, Tn location for a quote and spoke to a Gale and asked her what the price for full set of implants. She stated that single implants are $4-6,000 each tooth. I asked her to check with her manager due to the price not even being close to what is advertised. She returned and said that the price was $4-6,000 each tooth. Doing the math, this comes out to $128-192,000 per full set of implants. This is false advertising and should be investigated. I contacted Aspen's corporate headquarters and spoke to someone named Miles and he was not helpful at all. Clear Choice which is supposed to be the top of the line in implant dentistry charges around $60,000. To pay Aspen three times this amount is a rip off. I highly DO NOT recommend this location.

I am in the process of getting full fixed arch,all on 4 implants at Aspen. I got the first part done in November. I go fro the next part in April. They haven’t been able to give me a straight answer on what materials will be used for the teeth. The website says zirconia or porcelain. But I’d like to know which one they use. For $35,000 it better be the best material. I don’t want some junky plastic crap like my old regular dentures were. I’ve already been jerked around on the price. The original cost was $22,000. I really wish I would of done more research on Aspen. Far more bad reviews and experiences than good. Including pricing scams.
