- Configure multiple sites using multiple IP address in IIS 8 on Windows Server 2012. This is useful when you do not have a domain name and don't want to use different ports. by giving separate ip address to all sites you can run the sites on same port like Port 80.

Hi. Im not sure if IIS can help me, i have my web servers with deferent ip address on deferent machine. is there a way i can host those websites with IIS with one public ip address that i have. basically publish it throw the IIS

Ahmad Naser Well Ahmad there you're wrong, In fact you can access the website from any other computer. if you're having the problem that means your doing something wrong.
lol , ok i am wrong sachin , in order to make your app work across the lan you have to add it to inbound port :) ,

Very good video. I don't understand why Microsoft lets you type in IP Addresses in the Add Website Dialog. If you need to add IP Addresses through the network card, Microsoft should make the IP Address Drop-Down of the Add Website Dialog to Read Only. You can't just type in some random IP Address.

if i apply multiple SSL on IIS i am getting this Error "At least one other site is using Https binding and the binding is configured with a different certificate" , i able to bind SSL on different port but how to remove port number from URL. www.abc.com:444 this is working but i need to dislay URL like www.abc.com/ i need rule for this. please help me
I have the problem that I moved my server connection to a different LAN port connected to a different router and subnet. The world cannot see my server anymore as a result. My web sites have * for binding and are not bound to an old IP address in IIS 10. What else do I need to adjust to get it visible again to the outside world?
If you have changed the router then check the port forwarding
@@SachinSamy I've set up port forwarding on the new router and the server is STILL invisible to the outside. It can access the web for browsing, but not it's own sites, nor can isitdown access them.
I'm thinking it's because the server has two LAN ports and I set up the second one with the new IP and subnet to match the gateway I've connected it to, maybe IIS is still looking for the old LAN port and finding no internet?
Did you check the local server firewall
