Memorial service honors Deputy Tobin Bolter | 'His impact is undeniable'

Friends, family and members of the law enforcement community honored the 27-year-old during Tuesday's memorial service inside the Ford Idaho Center. Deputy Tobin Bolter was shot and killed in the line of duty in Boise.
