People need to be aware of the fact that when they start therapy, they might initially get worse before they begin to get better. You open up your personal Pandorian box and there’s all your inner demons waiting for you. Channel your inner Sam or Dean (I totally understand that it’s a hard choice, I’d pick both Winchester brothers) and get to work. It’s worth it.
