I loved this glove I had the original my only gripe with the glove is how hot they got inside. but once broken in the glove was great and when laced correctly the wrist support is phenomenal sometimes my coaches didn’t follow the lace track and that eventually destroyed the foam in the wrist 😢.
I think a glove with a more open tapered cuff like this might be what I’m looking for in a training glove. I have pretty short proportions, smaller to average wrists and hands, but my forearms start widening out a bit after the first three inches of my wrist, and a lot of gloves feel like they squeeze when fully laced to where I either have to loosen them toward the base or find shorter gloves with lighter wrist support. 😯
Hey carlo love your content could you help me pick overall traing gloves im deciding between eizo supreme, phenom 210 s or hit n move balance version. Im thinking if eizo can compare to hit n move wich would save me some money. What you think?
most of the Decathlon boxing gear doesn't last very long. It might be the humidity out here in South East Asia, I dunno. but they fall apart like in a few weeks of training.
I ordered those gloves in black where they were released, at almost 300€ (little less in $), everybody was high on the first generation of RS1, so I was like "no risk, they gonna be good and last a long time!". I received them, touched them, put them back immediately to their package and send them back. They feel like plastic toy, the quality of the finition was absolutely disgusting for a glove this price, the confort was not that good, the padding was rock solid. A gloves like Phenom at 160€ are lightyear above those one. I don't even talk about Winning, which are closer of the price they sell their RS1. For 100€ I would have keep them, for 300, it's rival taking us for idiots. And don't even tell me "ho you need to break them in, they feel so good after".
I have these exact gloves, have had them for a solid year I think and I really like them. They are my favourite right now. I have forearm muscle to the cuff isn't an issue for me lol jk Carlos. But very good glove, maybe a tad bit over priced.
Brother help me decide, would u prefer the windy elite series boxing glove or the reap of faith glove when it comes to wrist and knuckle protection? I’ll cashapp you if you help me out cuz I know u get these questions a lot
