@joshbridges I don’t think you meant to say that leg extensions help improve the pain in your patella but rather the extensions reduce the pain lol!! Great video and workout bro!!! PAY HIM!!!
My view is , it’s a sport with movements/ stations we all can do , it’s for all shapes and sizes , fitness levels . It’s another form of fitness which is a big positive imo
I noticed your left knee extends inwardly under heavier loads, surely that means you are effectively becoming weaker rather than stronger? I mean keep doing that and surely you won't be able to squat anything on your left leg? Unless that's 'normal' for heavier squats i just don't often see weightlifters doing that or powerlifters etc
