Been climbing towards legend in wild with these casually 6/6+ 1 drops. It loses pretty hard to devolve/polymorph effects from mage/shaman, though even then sometimes the backup plan of (effectively) infinite value copies of Aman'thul gets the job done. Personally I like keeping it down to only 3-4 different minions (really good with lesser diamond spellstone and creation protocol always hitting what you want them to) and have found a lot of mileage from Zilliax, if you can survive until turn 5-6 with other cards, magnetizing a zilliax to a automaton basically ends the game on the spot vs aggro decks like Pirate Rogue that infest wild Platinum and Diamond ranks. Also, the dual class card that copies a minion as a 1/1 and gives both divine shield is nuts, as is giving them reborn, since even if the opponent equalities your robots, they are always big unless there is a silence effect.
That Celestial Projectionist sure fucks up my Animate Dead pool. Even when five Automatons die, if there's just one Projectionist, it's coming the fuck back.
These Automatons actually go INSANE in wild. Embalming is just nuts since they get reborn as full, and you can copy those reborn Automatons. Legit faster than Quest rogue most of the time, and even if they get the quest out your minions just get bigger than their 5/5s
@@brazzwow I guess you are a new player, legend is pretty easy to get nowadays. I had 64%wr on my climb. I would suggest you to think about card inclusion before "omg winratio" because the meta rn is very stone-paper-scissors. My decklist has both better matchups (warlock) and worse (ctrl priest), but it definitely has more meme vibes (and infinite value combos)
@@brazzwow so decks have winrates, which means they win a certain amount of games they play on average. chump showing a couple wins with a deck at any rank doesnt make it a good deck, it just means it won a couple times at legend
Nice video! This deck seems like it could really work once everything is in place, but it also seems like it could start really slow if you get screwed over by RNG. Unfortunately, I don't have any Cathedrals or the Priest Titan yet. Is this deck worth running without them, and if so, what would be good replacements?
If you want to play priest you should craft those cathedrals. Nothing can replace Amanthul, but if you're looking for a big value play you could add Ignis, or if you wanted a stability tool/removal you might try Prison of Yogg Saron
Well, try to proc a Crazy Alchemist on an Automaton. Or even better in wild, cast Confusion on a bunch of Automatons. In standard, if a single Automaton sticks to the board, proc it 2 times by synchronizing the Alchemist to easily punch at least 25 damage in the face.

@@giveematug7093 I'm 67% wr over 60 games, D5 to legend. Take out behemoth ofc. Try it, it's not easy to figure it out. Every midrange is so weak vs aggro now, control lose heavily to combo, combo loses to midrange.
Guys i have a question: wouldnt it be a good idea with the protocol to copy aman thul, ra-den or the sea beast because theyre simple strong and you still have ways to copy astral automaton and a backup plan if ra den gets silenced
The deck has enough draw and card generation that it's typically better to copy the extremely cheap automatons and just dump them onto the battlefield. Chaining ra-den's can certainly be powerful, but multiple copies of an expensive card like aman thul is almost always worse unless your hand is empty.
I don't understand why people don't run Anachronos in these decks? Anachronos returning minions to the board counts as resummoning. If your opponent has a good board, you can use it to stall, or you can improve an existing board with automatons by resummoning it later.
Too bad Switcheroo is Banned. And because Switcheroo is Banned, I SWITCHED that card for a Resurrect for the Robots. Thats a good choice, right? Only 2-Cost.
Blizzard for some reason loves printing one mana win the game. I'm sure getting head for 17 by an automation feels as good as being hit for 17 by Kingbane Fun and interactive gameplay
