Had the same kind of experiences I but my price in and the woman told me the last window cleaner was less than half of my price of me. So I asked her the issues with the old window cleaner she told he and in the end I told her I'm more with no issues take it or leave it and she did come on board monthly. I feel I'm at the point where you pay or I can offer someone else's expectations that is expected. Love the vid Chris nice one

I set out from the start wanting £1 per minute while I have the pole or a squeegee in my hand. Only 12 months in and I bring in between 30 and £60 per hour. I refuse to do it for less

Just had that last week mate.
I was cleaning and the next door neighbour approached me and asked for a price (4 bed semi with a 2 storey extension)
I quoted him £22.50 to which he laughed and said I’m paying £10
I said yes I can see that (the tops of all his windows were filthy)
So why are you approaching me? Obviously not happy with your current guy.
    Honestly man

You can’t enter a Ferrari garage with the budget for a Ford Focus and expect to drive a car away

I should find it difficult to believe that she didn't think a good job would cost more than a splash and dash but it's just typical. Well said.

I've just priced a job and done at 420 in UK I've had to go back 5 times because they again dug up a path and they now complaining about that I won't go back again

You need to make clear that your invoice reflects one job. Once that job is done and an external factor undoes your hard work its a "them problem".
      One invoice, one job

That fact I recommend that they wait nooo do it now and no problems OK now they refused to pay unless I again clean it for a 5 time. The 4th time was because they had a guy going round after I cleaned it with a hose pipe so yeah it's gonna have spots it didn't before you did that.

@user-gn8un8ey9w you need to communicate this in advance mate. If after 4 or 5 times of you working and not getting paid, keel a record of conversations and if need be small claim the b@stard
