All I have to say is Blackmore is one of the finest guitarists on the planet, whether he is playing a strat in the studio making a hard rock album, or just sitting by the fire with an acoustic playing around. Pure genius. There may be better shredders out there but none of those guys can play with the feeling that the Man in Black has. Period!
I defy anyone who likes rock and knows about or has preconceived notions about Ritchie Blackmore not to laugh out loud at this. Dry humour meets collegiate musicianship and utter talent in one fell swoop. Brilliant!

Doogie was about the best singer Rainbow had as he could sing all the other singers songs and still sound good. JLT wasn't as good at singing Dio's songs, Well Dio didn't have to sing anyone elses songs so we'll never know. Ritchie is just class and endless talent, as you were !!!
