I was wondering if you can give some tips based on your experience about the best weapon combo to play, to be useful (and mainly, efficient) in pvp and pve (if possible). Im playing the amazon's CBT and still can't decide for sure. I dont mind any playstyle or role, I just want to be efficient.

I think the most efficient playstyle for healer to be used as a PvPvE setup is wand/staff. The weakness of wand/staff is that when they get silenced you can't use any of your abilities, nor any blocks until it's over. However, you can gear a certain way + Blessed Barrier yourself + benefit from Echoic Barrier reduced silence duration passive + debuff duration stacking to survive being ganked by a stealth dagger - this is more endgame. This is the short answer, but I will expand on this a lot more in a healer video I'm making.

@@evertonrrodrigues It would be staff/bow and dagger/bow. Gs/Dagger is best 1v1 and small scale fights (less than 20).

What your stats? Everyone saying that after some tweaks and updated wand + staff are better as staff have more dps? what you think?
That is what I was told too. Staff/Wand is the meta.
It's not "better". All healer options have their strengths and weaknesses for sure!! I really want make a nice wand overview guide for all the 4 healer and off-healer options that can explain this. I will make some time after the CBT. Short answer for now, for PvP always get at least 30 strength, 30 perception, and 30 wisdom (or put remaining stats in here if you don't have enough). If your Wisdom is 30 and you have extra stats (EARLYGAME ONLY), put rest into strength.
This is just for earlygame. Endgame, it will be different and depend on stats you get from gear.

@@gerryvolkov7840 You take Strength for max health bonus. Healers' prio is always #1 To live, and #2 Heal/Support. To achieve 1 you need proper defenses and health to not be an easy target. As wand/bow, it's difficult to build health, evasion, hit, and other defense stats, and crit on top of it all. You have to weigh what provides more value. You can rely a bit on 200 crit buff from sniping to keep you at 40% crit chance for heals. Your focus should not be on killing or dealing dmg as wand/bow, that's more of a wand/staff or wand/dagger possibility. We're more pure heals, support, utility, and dots.

@@cryptofrogich Not the best compared to the first two for bombing. You're an easy target with no escapes like SnS and Dagger. Or live lord capabilities like SnS to eat damage from 20+ people while bombing.

Too bad the game has no classes so every healer will be the same using this same wand. Every archer the same, every mage the same. Why are mmorpg developers sooo lazy these days
How are weapons giving you less choice than classes? If you would have a cleric = healer class, then everyone who picks a cleric would be the same ... Here, you can take wand/dagger (crit heals + stealth and counter play), wand/sword&shield(tankiness + heals), wand/staff(most heals) and make all of them work for your game play style... it gives you MORE choices. For example, taking sword&shield + want, you can either go with healer focus with good survivability when you get jumped, or tank focus with some heals for ultimate tankiness, it's always a cost/benefit situation and you choose what play style you like the most
I think you're going to like the new Tripod system coming out on July 24th! It's going to make it so every single skill for every single weapon in the game can be changed to do something different or extra. You will have 2-4 options for every single skill. So it adds so much build diversity.

Weapons = skills/classes makes it impossible for any class diversity. Summoners, bards, support classes? All impossible with weapon system. Everyone and their gran using staff/dagger or bow/dagger? Yes!
@@Fuz2yman Your obviously used to terrible MMORPGs that have only one healer 'cleric' and one 'mage' etc. Such a shame you've not played any good ones. Because there should be more than one healer class, that do different things, the classes would be themed visually and functionally. As it stands every weapon has no theme, just your bog standard, bow does shoot, heal staff does aoe heal and single target heal. So boring and unimaginative. I'm aware that adding 5 skills from a bow and a dagger together makes a weird mismash of stealth and bow skills. There is no way you can convince me this is more options. I've fallen for that before when Rift was the first game to try it. It gives you less options, because its clear what becomes the best. Just as you see 40% of players with bow/dagger, 30% staff/dagger. It also is impossible for bard, supports, summoners, to be added in a weapon style system.
@@pepsipwns666 I've played L2, along with Aion, GW2, and more traditional MMOs like that. I just like TL as well :D . But I understand it's not for everyone and that makes complete sense.

Huh? This is just a video showcasing wand sleep bomb combo. I wasn't talking about which weapon is best in PvE. Also, for AOE farming, staff would be better than xbow. Learn your stuff mate. Xbow BIS single target and top 3 grinding PvE overall, but in terms of AOE, staff wins.

Nope, the tooltip is wrong. You can see in the video Karmic Haze spreads to everyone in range, no limits.
