The U.S. in the 60s ..70s.. built bright streets for the Autos companies, so Americans can buy their cars and in Russia they built Parks with bright walk streets in the middle beautiful trees, so Russians can enjoy their lifes in the cities.
My hometown Leningrad has very few decent parks and lots of trees in the city and forrests around gone in the last two decades. The US city I am in is full of trees and green. Way greener than any large city in Russia. And it is green practically all year around.

Moscow is better as it is, strict and clean. A center for business, science and education.
But that's said, we should be more open for long term migration from western countries and developed industrial Asia (China, Malaysia, Koreas, Japan, etc)

Willingness to implement a visa free traveling policy goes both ways. Russia has been suggesting this to Western "partners" for the longest time.
You should ask your government. I don't know where you're from but Russia has a visa free policy with most Latin American countries.

These are lovely people. But western medias always portray them as sub humans. The same thing western medias portray Iranians and other middle eastern people and also Chinese. Why ?? Here in California USA we also have nice public parks like this one. Except we have a lot more trash on the ground and mentally ill homeless people and drug addicts sleeping on the park benches. Los Angeles is world famous for our Hollywood sign and our 50,000 homeless people sleeping and defecating in the streets.
