- In this video i will show you how easy it is to make the BEST Beef Tartare with a little twist. And i will show you my secrets ingredients to boost the flavors in this raw beef tartare. I present to you my; Tartare de Boeuf!!

40ml of Black Olives
Half a Pickle
40ml of dry Tomatoes
30gr of Pine Nuts
20gr of Parmigiano Reggiano
half a bouquet of Chives
15 leaves of fresh Basil
Salt and Pepper
2 Egg Yolk
