The remuneration is based on the value of work people do, expecting a high value service remuneration but performing low value service is where shit breaks, this applies to all substandard public and private sector. If people get triggered by this statement, can you please tell me how many indigenous operating systems or first in market service or product they have pioneered and provided? If companies like these don’t exist, entry level jobs will not be possible for fresh graduates, learn your skill to become a high value contributor and move to a company that provides high value service so that your remuneration will be high.
