9 DAYS IN THE NEST - Baby Birds fom Egg to Fledgling a Compilation

- From the first day I saw the eggs to the day the left the nest was 9 days. This is NORMAL - so don't get upset. Birds were not harmed although I almost destroyed the nest cutting the bush. Wonderful parents! They took such good care of their young!

Finally compiled all my footage of the birds (Song Sparrows) I almost accidentally killed last spring. While trimming a bush, I narrowly missed the nest. The next night the birds hatched from the eggs. I placed a camera near the nest and recorded a lot of raw footage, which I have finally compiled into a more watchable version (I hope). I think the birds are Sparrows. If I hadn't watched them leave the nest, I would have thought a cat got them. 8 days after hatching they were gone!
Please share this video and like (if you like it). Thanks!

All birds are so consistent with nesting, they know when it's feeding time, they sit over their chicks/eggs for warmth and protecting. 🐣🐥🐤🐔🐦
Thanks to everybody that has shared this video!
摄影师为了拍摄把边上的树枝都剪了,破坏了鸟儿的巢穴。一声叹息……
The photographer cut off the branches on the side to destroy the bird's nest. A sigh...
Good parents. Giving good parwrish. Great work.
Love how the chicks sleep for the whole day, and when the mom or dad comes back they like, You better give me the food.
Thank you everybody for watching and sharing! Now has 1 million views! Thanks!
hi we found a bird while chopping a trwe the tree is half perfect and tomorrow we will put it back is the mother or any bird wil come back to make them live plss reply i am really sad for these baby birds plss anyone i beg you
I do not understand - did you chop down a tree with a nest in it and baby birds or eggs? I know it is sad to see the babies die but some get eating by predators anyway. It is a reality.

The music is soothing and most appropriate for the subject matter. Screw what others complain about.
5:00 is amazing. the baby could not handle the food, the parent watched out and helped.
Those were great parents!

That is not food, it is the chicks poop taken away
My 6 year old son and are amazed. For 9 days the mom and dad fed them! For 9 days until they were grown, they hunted and fed them! What a miracle to watch. The Vivaldi was an extra bonus! Great job. Thank you, thank you, thank you!.
So over 6 years after I posted this video I’ve started to get more complaints about the music. I originally posted the videos without music th-cam.com/video/_dq0uqxoJa8/w-d-xo.html
I made this compilation and it’s what has got promoted. I think I will work on another compilation with no music and just the natural sounds
I love the music
@@ac.7724 me too
I love the music!
Nyia Little me too
Music is fine, in fact, better than fine. Maybe you could make a version with Vivaldi's Spring movement, natural sounds would be good as well; assuming no natural lawn mower and car sounds.
We too experienced a few years back
how adaptable mourning doves are
with humans. We were able to capture
via webcam and camera the building of the nest,
the birth of their squabs and the final flight into adulthood.
A priceless experience for us also!
ps.loved the high def cams...........
Loved this! Thanks for sharing this amazing footage of the beginning of their journey to their independence!
I love Nature, this is just Beautiful! Thank you so much!
What a wonderful share of amazing footage. We have chipping sparrows that have nested in our old newspaper box, and I was dying to know what was going on in there! So glad to find your stunningly crafted visual timeline...many thanks :)
THANK YOU for posting this!! Our sparrows were scared out of the nest by the sound of the lawnmower (we immediately stopped mowing) today and they have only been hatched for about 9 days so I've been worried that it was our fault they left so soon but the parents are working hard teaching them to fly and feeding them still so you have settled my mind a little bit!
The beauty and diversity of animals, flowers etc, it is proof that God is a great artist indeed. Thanks for sharing :)
Beautiful documentary and observation of the mom feeding her babies!!! The mom and her babies are beautiful!!
Oh wonderful! A few days ago, I did the same thing, trimming a bush, same bird, song sparrow, also with 4 eggs. I tied the branches back on the bush and now, 9 days later, the parents are feeding.
Awesome, excellent video, audio & editing 10/10.
Baby birds are like teenage boys: walk thru the door (5th trip) from grocery store. “Dad! I’m hungry. Gimme that entire box of cereal. The Oreos wore off. Mom is getting dinner. We need double portions.”
So cute baby bird
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video. Amazing how the love and dedication of the sparrow parents is so wordlessly communicated. Really beautiful! Thanks again.
Your welcome and thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it :)
I'm glad I found this. I have a nest right by my door and little babies were in it for about two weeks. The nest was empty by this evening and I was worried. They grew so fast, those cute little boogers.
Oh wow!
Day 6: mom came home with food for only one. Sits on them to shut them up lol
A remarkable and beautiful video. The music was just perfect with the progression. Thank you so much for sharing this.
So feathery cute sparrows🐣

But seriously, I'm glad I stumbled upon this. It's strangely beautiful.
+Ka Va Thanks for finding this video. It is one of my favorites that I've made
What a wonderful video. I'm pretty sure my children will love this!
This video was amazing to watch. I had so many questions. There is a bush right beside my kitchen window. When I was trimming the bush a month ago I discovered the nest and left it alone because it was empty. The nest is eye level from the window. Today I just happened to look out as the 2 babies popped their heads up with mouths opened wide. So exciting!! It appeared that only one was fed as I continued to watch after the parent returned several times. This is when the questions began and I searched for info. Your video has been very helpful.
I know this is a bit late, but I enjoyed every minute of those sweet baby birds!!!! So beautiful!! Thank u❤️💜 and enjoyed. The music very much as well!!
Excelente trabajo ...muy completo.
Muchas gracias.
This is a beautifully orchestrated video. We, humans, can learn so much from these tiny, super responsible birds!
Thank you. Still one of my favorite experiences. I got much joy from watching those birds grow up and leave the nest
I love it when the mum just sits on the kids LOL😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Thanks for sharing this wonderful video! I've never seen a bird's nest with young inside up close before. So this is what it looks like, cool.

This was wonderful! I really appreciate people who take the time to do this because I live in the city, in an apartment, and my wildlife exposure is slim to none. :( It's amazing being able to see things like this with today's technology and caring humans who put the effort in to record and post. :)

Thanks!
What a great video ! Thank you for all your work ! I really enjoyed it !
Thanks! We are so glad they survived - I was worried because I had cut the bush they were in before I realized we were there. But the parents didn't give up!
Oh no. They momma and daddy called them out of the nest at 8 days. It was amazing how fast they grew. They were close to being able to fly when they left. The parents continued to call out and the babies followed them into the woods. They did not abandon them at all.
Awesome! They were born on my birthday....Love this little nature video.
Never get bored with the marvels of creation. Thanks for watching!

Chrissie Palmore Thank you very much!
It's awesome and hilarious how @1:40 they all stand in unison for food. Great video, keep up the good work.
Thanks! One of my favorite videos. Glad I didn't knock over the best when I was cutting that bush and I'm glad they made it. I didn't film the parts where it rained! Those parents where so protective and nurturing and persisted despite their home been disturbed by my hedge trimmer
Great video. Very enjoyable. Thanks for posting.
This is so cute.
That was beautiful
I love chipping sparrows. They are so cute. That spot on their chest is what helps identifying them.
The bird nesting in the video was a Song Sparrow. I LOVE chipping sparrows
Brilliant,well done.
I love these babys

That was great, thank you for putting this together. I have robins underneath my porch and wanted to know what to expect.

Jeden z najlepszych kanałów pokazujących piękno przyrody. Brawo. Pozdrawiam serdecznie i zapraszam do polskich lasów. Rafał.
Absolutely wonderful video. Thanks so very much for sharing it with us. After showing this video to my husband I told him that this is the reason I feed birds, chipmunks and squirrels. I think every bird in our neighborhood comes to my yard because I go thru a 10 pound bag of birdseed a week. I don't use bird feeders...I simply make a LONG heaping line on the pavement of our driveway each morning, and by nightfall it's all gone. I also lay out sunflower seeds, peanuts and popcorn and after I get it all laid out, it's a feeding frenzy. Every kind of bird you can imagine gets their fill. And then at night, I put out cut up hotdogs for the skunks, raccoons and opossums. Thanks again for sharing.
Nedyah74 Taking care of the animals makes us happy. I'm glad you enjoyed this. The day I was cutting that bush I thought there was no hope for the birds. But those parents didn't give up even though they were exposed to the elements and other predatory animals (cats and birds). It was truly amazing to see. Thanks for watching!
Terrific video. Finished great story.
Thanks!
so cute cute babies
Im sitting on my porch watching a family of little sparrows? feed their young which hatched in my cocunut nest and chime hanging from my patio. I think they are about 2 weeks old and I have been watching and listening to them daily. Cant wait to see them fly! Thanks for your video!
Rose Hayes Nice. Thanks for watching! Those you have will be gone soon. They grow so fast and usually learn to fly in a day. Neat that you can go out each day and see them
Excellent! You did a great job!
Lovely video of the Baby bird in 9 days. Wonderful video. GOD bless you. Like to see more in future.
Thanks! This just worked out this time because I was trimming the bushes. I have tried other nests, but it is hard to set up without distrubing the birds. I have had 3 nests in my bar-b-q grill. Last ones died because we had a hot spring and the eggs got too warm. It was sad.
There are woods behind us and a lot of land (not mine). We see a lot of wild life and there are deer, coyotes, possum, raccoons, snakes, lozards, and more all around us
***** Good place to enjoy with some precautions about snake.
adorable!!
My cat and set and watched it with me and I had to restrain her several times. This is wonderful CatTV. Thank your!
lol! Thanks
He was in the bushes. They all made it out and went to the woods. I filmed them but I was so far away it didn't turn out good. The parents called out and the babies followed.
Sooo cute 😍😍😍😍
Muito sucesso para seu canal no TH-cam e que Deus sempre os abençoe!
happy to see that all 4 babies grew up..
Thank you!
So cute
Remarkable footage! Thanks for sharing. How did you get these shots? (setup, how to record, how to avoid weather, etc)
Great video! I searched out this video because I too have been watching a song sparrow and her three chicks in my front bush, and today the nest was empty and I got worried. But judging by your video and when I last saw them, they are very likely out of the nest and learning to fly with mom. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for watching! When I was filming this I was doing research on birds which help me to realize that they would leave in a short time. Still amazed how diligent the parents were despite there save home being exposed. They tended through the rain protecting those babies. It was amazing.
