Green Aqua is one of the two major encounters that got me into aquascaping (in a small, fumbling way) last year. The first was seeing some aquascapes at a botanical garden here in Moscow. I was floored by their beauty and came back to view them another couple of times. Then I found Green Aqua on TH-cam, and you are real ambassadors for the hobby. You set the aspiration deep in me, and I was hooked. Later on, I discovered (through you) George Farmer and Jurijs Jutjajevs, who both give more nuts and bolts advice. I rely on all, but I keep coming back to Green Aqua for inspiration.

LOVE Y'ALL'S WORK. PARTICULARLY THE LARGER TANKS. One thing I'd love to see more of, however, is that in one or more tanks you'd put some stunning discus fish. &/or a LARGE school of cardinals. Almost all your fish tend to be fairly drab. Or their beauty is rather subtle. Seems to me such stunning aquascapes beg for stunning fish to go with them.
One thing you'll notice that the more you get into aquascaping the less shiny your fish will be, you'll learn to appreciate the subtleness of them... Discus and plants do not really go together well, different needs. It's a struggle.
THANKS for your kind replies. What are your convictions or experiences about Discus & plants. I've seen some that seem to work for a good while. Haven't kept track of them for years, though.
Well, we haven't really seen any that are full planted tanks and work well with discus - not at any customer even. The warm water needed by those fish, and their particular needs conflict somehow with an uncompromising planted tank. I would rather keep the temperature at around 22-24 degrees and have all kinds of plants and other fish.
