I don't know. I had two tablets like that (I got recently) and I broke the screen, it got cracked by accident, and then I broke TWO of the CHARGERS. And now my other one won't even charge! So, idk.
Oh that’s unfortunate… It seems to be pretty common with cheaper devices…
