Ingredients
Curd 3 tbsp
Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Lime juice
Curry leaves
Oil 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste
Mix well to a paste
Egg plant / brinjal big size
Cut into thin slices apply paste all sides
Tie in Banana leaf and cook in tawa in medium flame
