Closing arguments occurred Friday in the trial of Susan Lorincz, a White woman who shot and killed her Black neighbor, Ajike Owens, in Ocala, Florida. Lorincz, who had an ongoing dispute over the neighbor's children, told investigators she panicked. She faces up to 30 years in prison if she is found guilty of manslaughter.
