I can relate to this My sister wanted just 120 people at her wedding and she stuck to it, she gave me just 2 slots, it was so organised and comely. She also planned her wedding herself😂.. She always wanted a wedding planner but her budget could not fit it I think why couples exceed their guest number is because of their parents, especially from my tribe (Yoruba). My mummy was complaining that it was too small, it was a big issue oo but in the end, she settled and she was even saying, " ko de sero o (there was no crowd).

This is so apt. My hubby kept telling me, it's possibly to have an intimate wedding but the "igbo" girl in me wanted a huge event. I kindda listened but .. till tomorrow it's the intimate wedding for me. All these extreme expenses isn't just worth it especially after you've gone to the altar🥰. My court wedding would be this intimate. I just want a reply of this for memory sake.
