  • Listen to this sleep hypnosis for deep sleep to fall asleep fast each and every night to the soothing backdrop of calming celestial sounds.
    This is a digitally enhanced version of a previous video, with richer voice tones and cleaner sound so that you can sleep quicker and easier.
    I have written this sleep hypnosis for deep sleep session to help you wind down and relax at the end of the day, calm your busy mind and ease into a full night of uninterrupted sleep. Very often, our minds tend to race in the evenings and just before bed. The hypnotic language and the guided visualisations and imagery in this video will help distract your conscious mind and help you stop overthinking so that you can more easily drift into deep sleep.
    This track blends guided sleep hypnosis, guided meditation and positive suggestions and/or imagery. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of negative overthinking at night. When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates fear, anxiety or unease - you are able to access your subconscious mind or higher self. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.
    This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.
    When listened to on a regular basis, this hypnosis session can help reduce anxiety, stress and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression.     This worked! My hospitalized father hadn't slept in 2 days and was starting to have hallucinations. I put this on and he was asleep within 30 min. Thank you so much for letting me dad sleep!!!!

    I'm well rehearsed in relaxation...I have ptsd..but its not easy. I woke to my husband having a heart attack, and he was dead, I spent 25 minutes doing CPR. He survived but every breath...or if I don't hear a breath, my body does the ptsd thing. Insomnia is the result. I've only recently found your wonderful channel and it is THE BEST I have found in 2 years. I listen nightly and cannot sleep without your calming voice. I'm a hypnotherapist..trauma trained due to my ptsd. For anyone reading my comment...I mention this because nick is wonderful. Thank-you nick for your beautiful healing hypnosis xxx much love xxx

      I’m so sorry you went through this xx insomnia is absolutely insane, why can’t we switch it off , i to have suffered and am with ptsd and insomnia, Truma is the worst because at night time you get the thoughts , I watched my mum pass away over a year and stayed with her for the whole year before I had to listen out for her breathing due to her having terminal cancer , she unfortunately bleed out through her mouth and had a
      Seizure at the same time , then my sister and her partner both passed away in a car accident, and I feel night time pretty tough ,
      I do yoga meditation, gym work from home as holistic therapy, sports therapist, these videos do help , hang I. There you are not alone xxxx

      Thank you for your honesty... My little baby had so many obstacles that when I finally got her home I used to poke her or touch her to make sure she was ok. She is 27 now and wonderful yet I still need to hear a breath from my partner or a grunt from the dogs or something then I can relax...yet after listening to these relaxation words im slowly allowing myself to go to sleep 💤💤

    Lovely meditation. Fell asleep at tomorrow will be better than today. However, woke up at the end . Did it again, and woke again. I've nothing massive on my mind, just don't know why this has started. It's not just you! Annoying because I'm so relaxed. I don't fancy an all night one. Any thoughts? ❤

      Hypnosis, when you are sufficiently relaxed, helps ease you into that lucid daydream state, where you’re not quite asleep and not quite awake. It also helps you enter the REM sleep phase, which is when you dream most vividly. Or it could be coincidence! :) Thanks for listening and writing. Nick

    I love the British accent. I alway listen to audiobooks narrated by natives from the UK. I’m American. We have the most annoying accent! This put me right out! I was asleep in less than 5 minutes! Thank you! Subscribed!❤

      Hi there - thanks for listening and taking the time to write. The sessions are primarily written for adults since there are many subtleties and intricacies of language used within the recordings. I doubt whether children would follow along too easily. However, there’s nothing in the sessions that I believe are unsuitable for children to listen to. But I would advise they are best suited to those over 18 years of age. Thanks Nick

    I was really enjoying the sleep hypnosis and I finally knocked out and was in a deep sleep but unfortunately I was rudely by the super loud Taco Bell commercial that came on. Next time I'll listen to your app on Alexa.
