neutral is very similar, but I would suggest shes stronger here because how the stun system works. her move set is identical, in fact its more in DOA considering she has holds and a critical burst. in terms of juggles, the strings are slightly different when going for max damage, you can see the max damage strings in my video. the only difference I could see in her move list is probably her sabaki from flamingo where she stops both low punches and kicks in VF but only low punches in DOA (If I remember correctly.. havent played DOA5 in ages)
As a universal rule, guaranteed damage is achieved after launchers. However there are other situations that guarantee damage as well such as stage interactions. Also, there are certain types of stuns that guarantee follow ups and do not allow the opponent to hold (parry), these are highlighted on the top left side of the video. Not to mention that there is a special type of stun in DOA5 called critical burst which is achieved when inputting a certain move at threshold and allowing any follow up. Those combos are the most difficult that I've ever watched. Sarah is SO hard to play.
