I'd be very curious to know what your profit margins are for your vending machines. It's an industry that I'm interested in getting into, and obviously, this is a numbers game based on having MANY locations/machines, but the margins still concern me. $628 for two weeks minus cost of merchandise and minus percentage paid to the locations seems like a very small return.
Especially when you let the machines go that empty and people can't buy anything and get frustrated and buy from wawa before they come to work

@@Hadrian9707 but tbf it doesnt take that long to take out your money and restock and if hes only doing it once every two weeks, it leaves time for a normal job as well as this 250 on the side. He is also obviously a youtuber so he makes money from youtube anyways, so even if he is only getting 250 every two weeks, it builds up to like an extra 6500 a year.

Just wanted to say thanks to you guys, after watching your videos I was able to talk to the guy who owned the two vending machine in my buildings community room that was never properly serviced so I was able to buy both of them from him and now service them myself and make enough to pay at least half my rent each month and I check on them daily.

A collapsible wagon would be convenient for you guys. Folds up and can be put in the middle seat so you wouldn't need to make a trip for the cart.

I'm surprised you haven't re-keyed all your locks. It would be a lot simpler to have one key that works for all your machines.
Love the video guys, ever considered the refill after 10 days instead? You do about 20 dollars a day but clearly some items are sold out by 2 weeks so you could be losing up to 50 dollars in revenue for missing a few days.
I prefer the Nerds Gumballs in a candy machine, its a mix of something modern with the classic gumball, its just that nostalgic feel.

When I spent 7 months on a mixed gender mental health ward they had two vending machines just outside. They went through 100s of bottles of soda and equally as much in candy/potato chips. There were three wards using these machines which included patients, staff and guests. Always did wonder how much the company made from the machines as after a week they’d be empty lol

In high school I was on the students union and one of my jobs was to make sure the vending machines were fully stocked
you guys are losing soo much money with machines that are that empty. id be there every week. know the capacity of each machine and only bring what you need in a cooler. they have 12v coolers for the back of ur SUV. you are def losing min 50 % more income every week.

Just a little constructive criticism. No offense intended. You are missing out on a substantial amount of income. Pulling up to a mostly empty machine is not a good thing. Empty coils make no money. Increase your servicing and you’ll see an increase in income. Also consider a cashless pay system. You’ll also see an increase in sales. Speaking from experience. Wish you the best.
