Hey man, i also own a vending machine in the uk. Veyr much like yours! I saw that you were sorting out the codes for the nayax system. I need help on how i can set this up. Can you do a video maybe??? I want to name products so i know what sells :)

it would be helpful t make a video going over finances...you made £26 in cash plus say £120 in card sales. That's 146 round up to £150. Say half is cost of goods so you're left with £75. Take away insurance, petrol to go restock them, maintenance. Lets say you are left with £50 per machine (75-25). That's £100 in a month. That means you would need about 30 such vending machines to start making a healthy living (30 x £100 = £3000 profit per month). if a vending machine such as this costs £2k that would mean you had to spent £60k to buy these vending machines. Is that a liable business? again, I don't know what I'm taking about but it would be helpful to go over the finances. Cheers for the quality videos.

Thanks for the comment! I have a dedicated video for locations and definitely get a card reader although it may look like an increased cost, it can boost your machine revenue by a lot! Thanks for watching🙏🏻

Really depends on which type of machine, I presume you're talking about new machines. Ebay for tower vending and refurb sellers for fiull-line (NEVER EBAY)
Sam i am look to start this vending machine but don't know were to start .have you bought vending machine through third part company for lease and they install everything like I was think to coffe machine that requires plumbing to be done and also buy from Facebook or other market which machine would you recommend
Always go refurbished, tend to be in great condition and they are able to set them up for you. There are too many dodgy used machines out there!

Hi Samuel, how did you get your Nayax to automatically update your stock levels of product when a custom purchases something from your machine?
I've setup my PAcode and MDB but the stock levels don't move. Nayax don't help either!
If I am correct and you have programmed the app correctly it should work. Once the cable has been plugged into feed the information to the machine and you have changed the stock levels of how many each row can hold it should automatically do it. Double check your cable is connected as that is what feeds the info and allows it to know the levels, if that doesn’t work I am really unsure as to why it isn’t working.

Hey Sam, ive recently got a quote from a vending machine supplier, to add on a nayax card reader. They want £325 plus vat for the card reader, Then £10 a month line rental fee, plus 2.95% per transaction fee. Is that reasonable and do you pay line rental and transaction fees yourself? Seems a little steep. Thanks man
Hi Dean, unfortunately the Nayax has to be included in your costings of Start-up. I would consider it reasonable as it increases your sales by a good percentage and on a £1 sale it’s only 3p. I know it can seem a lot but the time it saves in restocking and ensuring your machine is always filled with the bestselling items, you really can’t go wrong. Do you set your prices at the price mark on the cans and bottles or do you set your own
Set my own prices as many of the prices are outdated and don’t take into account rising cost prices and the convenience element of a vending machine. Thanks for watching🙏🏻

90p for a pack of maltesters is a bargain 😂 usually least double

Might seem like a stupid question but, your buying products taking them home and putting them in a vending machine for the public how do the public know you haven’t opened a bottle and put something in it?
The same way you hope restaurant staff do not spit in your food. Unfortunatley there is not much once can do to prove this but most people would expect the vending machine owner to be a decent business person.
