I'm a new composer, and new to many classical works and I definitely love and appreciate these types of videos. Going over the art of orchestration is one of my favorite aspects of music to study.
Thank you for all your hard work!
Thank you for sticking with us over all this time and finally finishing this monumental series. I can't wait for the next one. Cheers.
PHENOMENAL EFFORT to this widely long-anticipated ending to this richly-imbued series of lectures! I can't explain how GRATEFUL I am to you, THOMAS!♥ You always fill in the gaps in my knowledge to my greatest satisfaction! Thank you and STAY HEALTHY! 🙏🙏🙏
I can't wait for the next series you are amazing
Hey thanks so much, Samantha! 🙂
Dang it, now I need to wait until next weekend to find out what the next piece is, the suspense is driving me crazy.
Thank you, Thomas. I have been waiting for this for so long. My life is now complete 🎊 🎉!
Very many thanks!!!
Fantastique work!
Merci beaucoup!
I wanted to ask you when can i consider a book outdated for instrumentation? For example Widor's book regarding the trills , like at 19:28 . Are more trills possible today than before? Perhaps new dynamics are possible
I'll be answering that question soon regarding Widor in a special Orchestration Book Club video.
@@OrchestrationOnline Cool! Thanks . In general we can pick a lot, but not all technical rules
Have you referenced the Adler?
@@itznoxy7193 this is more or less actual
