Not many professional athletes will share their supplement routine but you are so brave to do so & this will help so many people especially those fighting inflammation or gut health issues. I'm planning to try CBD & happy Viking super food (not sure if I can find this in india but gonna find a way). Love you V!

I take lots of vitamins myself. But when you take Vit D you should also take Vit K2 because it acts as the driver in ensuring that the calcium is deposited in the right places such as your joints and not in your arteries.

Venus - can’t thank you enough for doing these videos. Not only are they great for information and seeing what happens behind the scenes, the most enjoyable part is seeing a whole other side of you!! You come across so incredibly friendly, warm and goofy (in a good way!) 😁. Next time you’re in Melbourne for the Aus Open you can come and hang out at my place! 😂

I just love your channel. I take Turmeric/Curcumin a lot as well as Black Seed Oil to cut down on inflammation. I also take some type of liver cleanse supplements that include milk thistle and dandelion root. I also take ashwagandha for stress and DIM for hormonal balance since I don't always get enough cruciferous veggies

Yay Venus! I am so into supplementing (previously a Personal Trainer- learned so much) especially some of the supplements in your video, I religiously take high Vitamin C dosages, I started it gradually years ago, now my body is used to it, (if you take too much too soon, suffer diarrhea, not that I did, just researched it) I haven’t had Covid ever, cross my fingers 🙏! I used to take Olive leaf and it was beneficial for symptoms of lupus and now I will add it back to my regimen. Thank you! I often wondered how you and Serena survived the impact of the dangerous air quality we live in… this was an eye opener…thanks much

Hi Venus, I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s Feb 2021 but had not been myself. I am almost 72 now. I ran 8 miles a day for 30 years and swam 2 miles daily for a third of that time. And I dance rock n roll hard multiple nights a week. Also taught high impact aerobics in the 1980s. Always ate organic sand took care of myself.
I will say I lived a hard life with much stress. Maybe that is why I have primary syndrome. I saw your video of when you were first diagnosed and it really helped me start finding my way. It is an uphill battle …
I have been lax lately, but I am taking your Happy Viking protein shakes. The pre measured and mixed shakes are really convenient. They really help. Now I need to start on your routine.
Thank you Venus for helping people learn about Sjogren’s. And thank you for helping me!

    Hi Venus,
I just ordered your Viking Mix today on Amazon ( it should be here tomorrow morning chocolate) and will start it on my routine for health and losing weight while not starving myself daily. Long story short, 🙋🏽‍♀️I work overnight 12 hours and when I get home at 7 AM in the morning, I want to eat and not just lay down 💪🏾so your shake for lunch and breakfast will be great and when I wake up before work I can eat a salad/ salmon or something of that nature. I can’t wait to try it, I’m one of your biggest fans, I am 54 years old and I remember when you first appeared on the scene and I have watched you every sense. I love your sisters and you guys bond and I think your parents did a great job with y’all.
If you are ever in Kennesaw Ga. You’re always welcome to my home. Stay blessed and Harry’s cute.🥰

Gut Health! That was a word. Thank you so much. I'm usually intolerant of food in the morning so I get out in nature first and commune with the trees. Ironically, just started bacillus subtilis and a digestive enzyme and feel somewhat more gut tolerant in the a.m. Akkermansia, I'll look into it. Olive leaf has served me well too. I just started Lomatium root and Elderberry syrup which sub well with the olive leaf. Liposomal C is good for me, Zinc sulfate, magnesium, and vit. D. Only thing I haven't tried is an exorcism lol😂.

How brave and kind of you to share your personal story. My Mom had shortens but not diagnosed till about 60. She really complained about the dry eyes and mouth. We always made sure she had something to drink. Unfortunately she got diagnosed with throat cancer also and passed at age 62. Her sister has Lupus and I supposedly have fibromyalgia. Dr says none of these are hereditary but cluster in some families. I hope you continue to feel better and can get an even better handle on it as I know how difficult that can be. It has a mind of it's own for sure. God bless and thank you for helping others

Interesting supplements regimen. Some really good stuff, will definitely look into it, esp the probiotics.
FYI for anyone planning on taking iron. Talk to your doctor first. Iron should only be taken if you have low hemoglobin count and recommended by your doctor. It is actually a pro inflammatory in the body and can do damage at high levels.

Thank you for sharing. I have Sjogren's too and live on supplements. About a year ago I started taking liposomal tumeric elixir gold from Synchro for inflammation. Take care

Venus, you know your stuff! Curious as to why you take Vitamin D even though you are out on the courts so often. Did you get your levels tested, and were you still deficient?

High Venus, I have sjrogens too. Excellent video! Make sure your vitamins are all whole food, not synthetic with whole food blend, especially your vitamin c should be from a whole food because it will deplete the natural vitamin c from your system over time. Also research copper supplementation.

Hi Venus, thanks for sharing your supplement routine. I have Sjogrens too, diagnosed about 5 years ago. I'm trying to stay off of the rx they initially had me on because it seemed to give me the more deadly symptoms. Just recently I learned I have trouble with methylation. Guessing that was the culprit.
I was taking a syrup type hyaluronic acid in the beginning, but wasn't sure it was helping or not so I stopped.
I'm curious which one you're taking and if you notice a difference?
