I can't express how grateful I am that these two love each other to the max again. Even when Wanda needs to ground Cosmo, she doesn't seem annoyed at him like before, and she even allows herself to be silly again. I think it's important to display a healthy relationship between them, especially considering this is a show that's mainly directed to kids.
It finally feels like Cosmo and Wanda are two sides of the same coin rather than each other's opposites. Equally adorkable and perfectly complementing one another in different ways without compromising who they are.
I’m glad they got Daran Norris and Susanne Blakeslee to return as Cosmo and Wanda, they both sound off to how they did the original show but they’re VAs are the still the only ones I trust to do them.
Well it has been like 23 years since they first started. Susanne Blakeslee was 45 when she started doing Wanda and now she’s almost 70. I can’t imagine it’s easy to maintain these voices.

I like how instead of Wanda's personality always being the only responsible and sensible one in the relationship, they changed it up a bit in a new wish, matching Cosmo's goofiness with hers, giving us nice little moments like these while retaining some responsibility in her

One of my favorite aspects about Wanda is actually something that completely went over my head as a kid (which the later seasons didn't help) It's easy to think Cosmo is silly-- most characters in FoP are to a degree, but what really seems overlooked is how goofy Wanda was early on! ngl I kinda hate how people blame Timmy for the original shows constant "I hate my spouse/marriage is a nightmare" humor. I get that it's kind of a joke but damn, that boy got just as badly flanderised as the others. The way they were surrogate parents to compensate his neglectful actual parents and guided him through childhood was a nice idea spoiled by horrendous writing. I'm glad this show gave them a second chance because conceptually they've always been great characters and it's nice to see that displayed outside of what's a tragically few moments in the original.

I kind of love the fact that they healed their relationship from the original series whilst still keeping some of Cosmo's not-so-smartness. It shows that they really are still the same characters that have gotten better, and not just factory resets back to the beginning beginning of the franchise.

Cosmo and Wanda having more of a presence in their human forms makes this so much better. The way they struggle to pull off being human but how much they love trying to. And them having chemistry again.
Im happy the writers realised kids usually dont enjoy listening to a pair of shoul-be-divorced arguing parents acting like they hate each other.

ngl I kinda hate how people blame Timmy for the original shows constant "I hate my spouse/marriage is a nightmare" humor.
I get that it's kind of a joke but damn, that boy got just as badly flanderised as the others.
The way they were surrogate parents to compensate his neglectful actual parents and guided him through childhood was a nice idea spoiled by horrendous writing.
I'm glad this show gave them a second chance because conceptually they've always been great characters and it's nice to see that displayed outside of what's a tragically few moments in the original.

I like to think that after Timmy became an adult, they sought couple’s counseling and healed their relationship.
I love the way Cosmo and Wanda are characterized in the new series, feels like they’re back to being the ‘Two halves of a whole idiot’ Cosmo and Wanda, rather than Cosmo being the idiot and Wanda being the nag, it’s nice to see those two back to their sweet selves.
