I'm still using Affinity Designer 1, because my operating system is El Capitan 10.11.6, and I'm unable to upgrade any further with my current Mac.
I'm assuming you produced this video using Affinity Designer 2.
Here's my question. Are there any steps, or functions, in this tutorial I won't be able to accomplish using Affinity Designer 1?

But the main problem is canva bought affinity . So what next? Any subscription or life time one time purchase as usal?

Canva has stated they will keep Affinity as a one-time purchase and if they do decide to include some sort of subscription, you have always have the option to buy the product out right.
