Hi Nick. How do you handle PC death at cons? Especially at higher levels outside funnel.

I have never run anything higher than 2nd level at a con, and I would still replace those dead characters with fresh zeros. If I was running something higher I'd probably use pre-gens and just hand them a new one to keep them in the game. I only let a player fall out of the action in the final boss battle. I hope that helps!
