I’ve looked through a lot of your videos and a lot of the other drivers channels. Got to say you all make some really good points and give some great ideas in how to run and develop a business. I believe the CX has the platform to build this. I’ve been thinking about joining the exchange for a while now but I wanted to do my research first. I’m based in Newbury and not to far from Heathrow so I’m guessing won’t be short of jobs.
I like your point, I believe I treat people the same way I like to be treated. It’s all about respecting each other. You are right the shippers can’t do their job without us. They need to provide the correct instructions
I wish some of them owner drivers on Cx could get this point 👍👍👍, trust me if every owner driver on Cx just stick by their gun💪💪💪 , the rate now would have been sky rocket and you dont need even to wast time like we do now dealing with these shipper (missing about/play on 30/end of the month hoping that you will forget🤔....) the only problem is with them sneaky shipper those who hide handballing when they know about it and yet they dont listed on the job (they will pay anyway💪💪💪 but you would have to be at the top of your game 💪💪💪I mean you would have to be alfa owner driver) the funny thing is with fuel on the sky sadely more beta owner drivers joining , someone of them they dont think long term so they don't care anymore about raising their price to close that gab being created by fuel price but guess what 👍👍👍, they will end up working for free 🤗🤗🤗🤗and the good thing is they can't see that straight away😀😀😀 till they have big bill for Van broken down👍👍 or off road for a month or so👍👍 , then they will remember that this isn't game for beta owner driver😟😟😟 , I have been on Cx since 2017 🤔🤔🤔seen so many owner drivers come and go🤔🤔🤔 isn't a joke but this is the way it's unfortunately
