What about the right to deny service to ANYONE for ANY REASON. But I believe no should should voice their reason.
The right to refuse service is not protected when it comes to violating public accommodation laws. When orientation is recognized as a protected class, you cannot deny service solely because of that (see: Newman v. Piggie Park, a similar case where a drive-in owner claimed it was against his religion to serve black people).
Unless that refusal violates public accommodation protections. In some states in the US, orientation is considered a protected class, meaning service cannot be denied solely because someone is gay in those cases.

The baker in the court case believed that homosexuality is a sin. By making a cake for a gay couple, he would be glorifying sin. Instead, he wants to use his talents to glorify God. Forcing him to go against his religion is a violation of his rights. He's not infringing on your rights by saying, "Sorry, I just can't make you a cake." You can always get a cake somewhere else. But would you really make him believe that he would stand before God one day and have to explain why he went against God? I'm a Christian, and I believe that everyone is valuable and I show love to everyone. I would be your friend, and I would always be there for you. But I wouldn't make you a cake. All I can say is, Christians have followed their beliefs for a long time under disapproval from the public. They were burned alive by Nero back in the days of Rome. They were imprisoned for trying to follow the Bible instead of the Pope during the Reformation. And according to the Bible, there will be a huge massacre of Christians in the end times because they refuse to turn away from God. I'm genuinely sorry that Christians and the rest of the world can't see eye to eye, but that's just the way things are. The US kinda started by Christians coming to a new place to practice their faith. I can't speak for anyone else, but I stand by my beliefs. Thank you so much for your time and have a wonderful day!
