Would you consider doing a full sew along for the dress? I have ADHD and I learn much better with videos and I need to make two of these so freaking out!
I’m sorry and I really appreciate your videos to help but the video is out of focus at the bit about the top and seam allowance part. It makes it really difficult to see what you mean.
The only part I came to watch is either out of focus, off camera, or covered by your hand. Will you please post a picture of where you pin near the top. Instructions say to pin at seam allowance, not edge. What is meant by this? I can't see it. Thanks for any help. xo

I always tuck the tails of the serger seam back into the seam between an inch and two inches, they never come apart then.

That just means to make sure your pieces align perfectly at the 1/2" seam allowance... Don't worry about the edges.
Would have been super helpful if the camera was actually on the garment, not the serger.
