Great use of the TRX suspension straps to build your upper back muscles. Excellent and very clear instructions accompany the video for each routine. These four are definitely keepers. Thanks.

Thanks John. I actually need to update this video to maintain the up to date knowledge of TRX. When doing all 4 together perform at a short strap length

This is excellent, thank you! I always have issues establishing mind muscle connection with back, any pointers there?

Glad you like it. Just make sure you always have space between the shoulders and head. Retract and squeeze the shoulders together as you pull and you'll get that engagement. The more you repeat those steps you'll create that connection :)

Hey, thanks and yes they are. Generally perform those at mid length and in an offset stance but as this is a combo routine and all pulling exercises then easier to set to short length.

Good exercise demonstration. Can you demonstrate any overhead press exercises? For example, In a gym I could do overhead presses with either a bar or Dumbbells, but can't think of any comparable movements to do with a TRX. Thanks

Really that would be a TRX handstand push up with your feet in the straps

@@breathefitness I think 4 years wins the award for the longest period of time between when a questioned was asked to when it was answered. :)
As for the handstand pushup. It would work but it's quite an advanced movement requiring a tremendous amount of agility and strength.

@@richardstavale6270 I did answer a long time ago but had to hide my account recently and when you do you lose all comments. So going back over all videos and answering questions again which is very annoying :)

Thanks for this video. How many sets of this workout do you reccommend?

I usually do these moves as a warm up with my clients and get them to do about 6-8 rounds of all 4 moves together
