Ayeeeee turned out spectacular fellas 🔥
I love you
So happy there's new Ever Forthright music on the way! Hoping for a new album soon!
July 12
So weird, the obvious Barretto writing on vocals, unmistakably Chris and so iconic. Makes the transition to Mike nice. This is the djazz djam of the summer. Also that intro synth/arp sounds so familiar for some reason.
4:40 sounded like a Barretto part to me
It reminds me from the part on Ex Machina. The synth part. Where Kyoko stabs Nathan at the end.
@@rvermelandtotally, but I hear it throughout the song, even the timbre sounds exactly like Chris’
@@Koriko1988very specific, I’ll have to rewatch that scene now

Ever Forthright is one of the bands of all time
you forgot a word
@@EverForthright Gooby, Ever Forthright is one of the bands of all time*
Mikes back at it again. LOVE IT!
a sick tune from a sick band, very stoked for the LP!!!
Inspiring stuff!
Nicholas's solos are fire 🔥
It's extremely impressive that in all the years AFK, no one even came close to replicating the EF sound. I'm glad that's the case as the literal excitement I feel in my body when I think we're going to get more songs is physically palpable.
thankk you!!
I'd say you're quite right , overall there is a signature sound here, but may i recommend Peculate's In Two for another djent/jazz approach
Lovin' the new jams. I am psyched for the new album when it drops in July. Please come through to Houston, if you guys plan on touring!
So good..what a comeback guys🍻🍻🍻
I just had a 2 hour work commute all around the city and had this song on repeat the entire time. It’s so damn good. Full album can’t get here fast enough.
The closed captions for this video are next-level. 🤘🏻😂
We're making it out of the digital age with this one!
So happy you guys are back! Fantastic singles.
Release is on my birthday, thanks for the present ! 😊
You also get an intervals album the same day. All for you!

@@svenjurgensen1596 happy birthday
Can't wait for this album guys!! Ever since the show at Architekt in NJ, I fell in love with your music. IT CAN'T COME SOON ENOUGH!
auras
I dig the chill synths and the grooves! excited to hear more!
Phenomenal stuff dudes, this is so good. Cannot wait to hear the whole album
This one is mastrpiece! Good work.
thank you!
First one of your songs I dared send to my nephew, who is a drummer and listens mainly to pop and is usually pretty allergic to metal. He very much appreciated it. Meanwhile it's strong and powerful enough that it properly scratches an itch for me, a very very rare combination. Great, great composition!
Ayyyyyy this is sick! It's crazy, I was just wondering what Mike Semesky was up to. Excellent choice.
He be Ascending Helixes and Ever Fortnite-ing, very busy lately and I am all for it!
Great to have you back lads
your S/T album is a straight-up djent masterpiece. not sure about the two new songs I've heard so far.
GENIUSES
(The new vocalist is cool, no doubt, but I miss Chris. Sorry.)
Nice one. Cool to hear Bunsen Burner sampled for the intro.
whats Bunsen Burner ?
1:39 and 3:47 - I love that we get not one but two excellent jazz solos with some great outside playing (plus the 3/4 cross-rhythm swing on the ride at 0:14 and 4:28). Djazz continues to win
first
Pfft doesn't count. Doesn't have 301 views yet.
@@lfOnly i've watched it 302 times already. does that count?
This!!!!!!!
I miss Chris, but I like that Semesky kinda sings the melodies Chris could have written
Good choice
RETURN OF DOLAN
gooby, pls
Beautiful 👏
The intro is Finch's rooftop scene soundtrack from Person of Interest final episode :)
Damn first Ex Machina and now this.
I grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, class 2009. Is this band from there?
Nah we just like the name
the bass is disgustingly god like
Jacob is bass god
Have been really enjoying this one. The longer tracks really allow you guys to flush out a song and give it an identity. Excited for more :)
thank you
Sylenth1 392 ARP Firefly intro - sweet prodigy vibes ! :)
