I love seeing the interaction with local folks, so others might like it too! When I was in Xishuangbana, China, a monk broke the ice and asked if he could take a photo with me. Seeing that, others got the courage, followed his example and I had line of people waiting to take a photo with me! I should have charged a fee! :-)
Almaty is Switzerland of Central Asia better than Expensive overhyped European countries 😂
