A dream written down with dates becomes goal
A goal broken down in steps becomes plan
A plan lead by actions becomes reality
    Nicely said.... Good content.

Thanks for publishing! I'd appreciate some URLs referencing to your data (eg. regarding engagement). This would make your video even more interesting and credible!

      Hi Gabriela,
thanks for pointing that out! Here you'll find some studies we got our data from:
      58% don't know their company's vision bit.ly/2cInauS
68% do not fully understand their company's vision: bit.ly/2c9CfAD
70% of employees are disengaged at work: bit.ly/2c1f4xk
Only 13% of employees are actively engaged at work: bit.ly/2clfY7m
Unengaged employees cost companies $370 billion in lost productivity, each year: bit.ly/2c9CF9U

Good video but the sound quality is really distracting. You could still use Audacity to improve it without a new recording of the video!

We couldn't help but do a new recording to have good audio quality while including our latest learnings on OKR. You can watch it here: th-cam.com/video/EIcpFZ5rbHc/w-d-xo.html

Great video and really helped me to get a firmer understanding of OKR's. What is your presence in the UK like? i would love to understand more as we are about to implement OKR's within our IT department.

Great presentation, but couldn't finish due to the sound. You should consider a lapel mic, or at least a shotgun mic. Looking forward to new presentations!

Personally, I found it easier to understand what he was saying when you speed up the video to 1.5 or 2 times - it seems to reduce the echo in the room. Do this by clicking the gear in the lower right of the video and selecting the Speed.

That's actually a great hack, Ken, but we just published a new version of the OKR Crash Course with improved audio quality and content: th-cam.com/video/EIcpFZ5rbHc/w-d-xo.html

Very useful video and some great graphics explaining the hierarchy of vision / objectives etc.
Would be very useful to see a video of this then in action within Perdoo and also how it cascades down via team objectives etc in the tool.
In reference to one of your comments about would Key Actions be a good idea within Perdoo - I'm not sure, we currently use Wrike as our productivity app, and whilst it would be great if they were integrated I fear it could be one tool trying to do too much - probably a better solution would be an integration (e.g. where you can see # of key actions within Wrike) relating to an objective.

Nice video and explanation. My only question is that Perdoo does not seem to follow the exact same structure for vision, annual objectives, quarterly objectives (with associated key results) and quarterly key actions.
Do you plan to make changes?

Thanks for your feedback! We're glad you like the video.
In the video, you’ll see that we for instance talk about Key Actions. Currently, we don’t support Key Actions in Perdoo. We are however considering adding these. Would you welcome such a change?
If you’d like to know more about how to set up your vision and annual vs. quarterly objectives in Perdoo, one of our coaches can quickly walk you through. In case you’re interested, please contact us at coaching@perdoo.com!

Use a mic. Who wants to listen to your room echo for 19 minutes?

This is poor execution for a video. If you fix the audio you will have higher ratings
