IN's stage 4 was ont of the best stage 4s in the series for me. The music, the place, the staging, the rythm, the patterns, everything just falls in place so perfectly. The chase scene was such an unexpected event and added so much more dynamism to the battle, making it different from a regular boss battle like the ones we're used to have. I just really really like it and think it's well thought out :D
In terms of stage alone, with that level of urgency or franticness, id say only lolk stage 5 more or less comes close to, specially once Clownpiece comes and goes "Lunatic Time!", the stage feels way more dynamic and as such challenging with the speed up and having to play much more aggresive and proactive
I'm pretty sure Youkai is a term that applies to any supernatural being, be it a Vampire, Ghost, Demon, etc. I could be horribly horribly wrong however... also, that laughter is freaking me out.

I'd like to point out that, in the story for this CD, this is the part where Maribel uses the Joestar Secret Technique against Mokou.
Very cool, because I don’t know anything about the CD stories but listening to them is nice
I agree with her... It's an only viable strategy to deal with a hot person with immorality.
This theme gives me a feeling of urgency like the girls are trying their best to stop this incident as quickly as possible.

This has a Phantasmagoria of Flower View feel about it. Especially the beginning.
I think it's the percussion? Idk, PoFV has a memorable percussion more than any Touhou
