      Sorry for that. It's hard for me sometimes to film everything while working especially when you think of something and dive in right away, lol. I'll try to remember for next time. Thanks

    Very nice work! I've worked for Nissan forklift for 9 years now. Interesting to see how they hold up after they leave the building.

    Nice vid,, my no start issue ended up being a bad lpg injector,, should vibrate when key is on,, if not no start,, especially in cold weather

    Great video as always buddy, how do you find the Micsig scope ?.

    • @forkliftgeek10
      @forkliftgeek10  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In my opinion it's a good scope for field work because it's portable it can zoom in with a lot more detail than a hantek scope. Downside for me is you can only view one screen. It can not play back multiple screens like the pico. So if a glitch happened and it passed the screen, it's gone.

      @@forkliftgeek10 Thanks for the reply buddy much appreciated. When I was watching you use it, the screen size and clarity looked quite impressive. Will have to seriously look at biting the bullet and buying one. Cheers and take care out there.

    We have a similar problem with our forklift, but no scope. It died and had a phase code. Replaced crank/cam sensors and still cranks and does not start. It will start with starting fluid though, but won't have much power. I'm assuming pull the timing cover at this point like your video. Any ideas? Thank you!

      @forkliftgeek10  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Make sure the cam and crank you replaced it with are the metal case type and not the plastic ones. Specially the cam sensor.

    • @danielmarino1834
      @danielmarino1834 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@forkliftgeek10 Thank you, they are both plastic. Can they be interchanged? I appreciate the advice!

      Cam sensor is not interchangeable to crank sensor.

    @forfliftgeek have you had a Nissan with code E-43 I have one that keeps coming back any input would be great.

    • @forkliftgeek10
      @forkliftgeek10  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      From what I remember E-43 is an air/fuel ratio malfunction code. Probable causes would be vacuum leak, faulty O2, faulty mass air flow, faulty IAT, faulty injectors. Leaking injector holder(relief valve) , faulty lpg converter.

      @@forkliftgeek10 thankyou for your help I really appreciated I replaced the O2 sensor and tested MAF, am a look into the injector next. thank again.

    Was that a worn chain tensioner? I work for a independent Unicarriers dealer, former TCM, we work on k21's and k25's every day I've never had that symptom. Good to know! Btw, did it throw the E-27 code?

    • @forkliftgeek10
      @forkliftgeek10  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is the only thing I could find that could make the chain jump. Everything else checked out. No it was not coding out E-27. It had codes but were unrelated, probably from the previous tech unplugging sensors.

    On the same truck. If you have no spark to all cylinders code P-04 F-04 no communication to ecm, what could be the problem?

    Hello
    I am a raymond mechanic
    I would like to get a scope l also work on my cars
    Will that scope be ok for me?
    Thank you in advance

    • @forkliftgeek10
      @forkliftgeek10  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are referring to the micsig, it would do all the the basic functions that a picoscope would do. But, because this is not an automotive scope it can only display voltage and you would have to do the conversion manually if you are using a current probe or a pressure transducer. Micsig also has an automotive scope but is much more expensive.

    My Nissan forklift keeps draining my battery, just bought a new battery and keeps draining. It’s not the alternator because I already disconnected the battery while the forklift was on and never turned off.
    So I don’t know what can it be. Can someone help me please
