that transition of the solo part towards the second time this beautiful theme is played at 6:48 .... i almost cried^^... And i really love the dissonant chord at the ending of the melody/theme... Soo... if it's about a girl... and not the city Verona... I suppose mixed feelings are well reflected in the music. (I'm usually not that much into lyrics and meanings, but your song kind of asked for it^^) it's been a long time since i repeatedly listened to a single tune multiple times... This song definitely made my day. I hope we hear more of this beauty :-)
when you came to leeds college of music and played this song in your workshop, i damn near crapped my pants. saw you play again that same evening, where you did a swing version of this tune. sorry about all the amps being broken, haha! it still sounded amazing! thank you for coming and doing that, it's the best workshop that college has ever had!!!
