There are a couple companies that will remove them and some people just use a shovel and kill the snake. But generally speaking keep the grass cut low and make sure to keep your eyes open
You are very welcome. Make sure your grass is cut low because snakes do like high grass. So if the grass is cut fairly low they’re easier to notice as well

Yeah that is definitely nice if you can but sadly most of the areas around here are double taxed :(
