I think my neighborhood is quite nice I live in Morgan Ranch here in Bonaire and my home is also brick as are the others here we have a $369,000.00 home 3100 square feet 3 car garage 5 bedroom 3 a half baths on some good lots and my home was built in 2018....
Morgan Ranch is a nice neighborhood for sure I even have a video about the neighborhood on the channel. At the time this video was done prices overall were a little cheaper in the area and all the data used was directly from sales which might be different now . And maybe I should do a new one to see what the most expensive one is 2023?!
A lot of people do and that’s why they just go out in the country and buy a piece of land with a house . But also a lot of people out of the neighborhood feel I don’t mind paying a HOA .
And that’s fine not everyone can Owen a house like that or even own a house in general doesn’t matter if it’s a mobile home or a small I’ll break up. Home is where your heart is it doesn’t matter what kind of house it is.

Fyi Riverbend and southfield have alot of snakes and gators coming up because this area was a swamp. Lots of wildlife
