Happy Halloween! Hope you're feeling better! I've heard tons of good stuff about this series and it's been on my radar for a while now.... if I can find a good deal, I'm gonna grab it for sure.
This is the series that got me into manga, so I was very excited to learn it was getting a boxset. I preordered it from RightStuf and they actually shipped it out early (I got it at the beginning of October). The artwork on the box is beautiful. I would have been nice if they'd put some on the back inside wall, and I saw that the Spanish version of the boxset has artwork on the inside flap, but I do like what they gave us. There's tons of details for fans to discover. My only real issue with it is that the "prequel" booklet isn't a prequel. The story has nothing to do with The Promised Neverland. It's one of a series of special chapters and for some reason, Viz picked the one story that wasn't actually about TPN. One of these bonus stories is actually an epilogue for the series. I wish they had given us that one instead. It would have made a lot more sense. Or better yet, just give us all of the special chapters in an extra volume.
Was kinda bummed about that myself, there not being art on the back. That would have been cool to see, a volume with all the other stories. Rightstuf was the best. A shame to see them go. 🙏
I totally plan to get this box set. I watched the first season of the anime but didn't touch the second season because of everyone's advice not to. It looks like a beautiful set- I'm really looking forward to reading the full story.
Definitely worth it to just avoid season 2. Haha. Don't ruin the experience of what is yet to come with something that is essentially heavily paraphrased. Box Set is gorgeous. Slightly more than buying them individually, but totally worth it.
The Owl stuff is a real theme in Manga or Anime with like everything even Tokyo Ghoul I think had it. The Main Characters are too young for me to get into this kinda thing. I wonder if it has the bonus content or the other stuff they did related to Promised Neverland too? I seen all the Anime episodes they skip over like the Farm or some major parts. The First Season was pretty much to the Manga. Claymore even The Anime has episodes not related to Manga that are Anime only. I read that entire series in like 3 days so took me probably 13 hours or more. I'm probably going to get that Box Set eventually as it seems easier to store or move around. I wanted the Sketch. Shojo Null that Hacker dude makes me think of that guy who is making the messages hidden in the books. I've not felt great myself lately especially my stomach :).
@@eclecticcollector88 Yeah I notice certain themes in Anime or Manga. I think they had Owl in the Tokyo Ghoul too. I like to identify as Crow or Raven but most don't know they have White ones ;). I think I learned that in a Manga or Anime recently to be fair. I wish I knew which for sure maybe its Goblin Slayer as he always knows those details. We have like a fake Owl that is supposed to scare away things hehe.

Is the box set printed in U.S copies or Italy copies?
I have no idea if it is available in Italian. I think there is a Spanish version of the box set, so I wouldn't be surprised.

It’s a pity they didn’t include Beyond Neverland in the set.
This set looks really interesting I hope it’s better than the anime stay up I have not read it yet.
