Yeah, kindness leads to good karma while ill-manner acts lead to bad karma. Ebony thought she could get away with it and later should be ashamed of herself and should've thought about it better than that or worst, no one can hire her when she is very rude. Refreshing to see that actress play a good soul instead of the bad egg she usually plays. Of the two nurses it was easy to see which one cared about people and was in nursing for the right reason and the other not at all.
