I'm drawn to so many of their media history pieces done together and they are such a lovely pair. Hearing Gloria speak reminds me of my grandmother, Ann Keith, who lived her life in Beverly Hills and was friends with the Hiltons and other posh families.
What inspiring is, after a long life and so much success, Gloria Vanderbilt never learned to be snobby or sophisticated, she stayed authentic, original, shy, optimistic, and innocent.
These woman that live to this age and look fantastic is just amazing and only just found out she passed 2 months ago and she's Anderson's mother. Just watched her biography today and also the movie of her custody battle when she was little.Interesting stuff you find on you tube. This interview was great.

C'mon. Have you ever been to a nursing home? Most of the women in their 60s and 70s are dependent on walkers, have severe osteoporosis and arthritis, and are shriveled up beyond belief. That said, Gloria's not that old looking at all by comparison and seems to be fairly healthy and ambulatory as well. Can say the same for most of her same-aged peers, though.

I work as a live in care assistant helping people with severe disabilities to stay in their own homes instead of having to go to.a care home. You make all people over 60 sound decrepit and this is far from true. When my grandmother was 81 she was still playing golf so not all older people are decrepit.
He is so nervous she may say something wrong or the dementia doesn’t kick in. She was so smart he didn’t need to protect his mommy! I love her! I watched her documentary UNsaid over and over! Very classy lady!
I have to admit it is difficult listening to the problems of privileged people. But there are many cultures that would say that about the average North American or European.
