MTDC Matheran is not actually in Matheran but in Aman lodge which is half an hour away from Matheran. So, you need to go by Toy train or Horse which will charge money.
In Matheran there are several good hotels but they are expensive.

@@manishbuddhawar6956 पहली बात- ये होटल माथेरान में नही, बल्कि aman lodge में है जो माथेरान से आधे घंटे की दूरी पर है। माथेरान में कुछ अच्छे होटल है जो महंगे है।
अगर आप को aman lodge से toy train अथवा घोड़ा से माथेरान जाने में कोई आपत्ति नहीं है तो MTDC माथेरान सबसे अच्छा है।
